2019 Regional Workforce Readiness Coalition

The Statesboro Area SHRM Chapter hosted it’s first kick-off breakfast spearheaded by the Workforce Readiness Committee. The Regional Coalition will serve as a juncture for leaders to collaborate on ways to strengthen the region’s workforce.The goal of the Workforce Readiness Committee is to assist in developing a unified regional workforce readiness mission and to support and reinforce regional initiatives that produce work ready communities. Together, these and future actions will help ensure that new workforce entrants are sufficiently prepared to meet current and future regional workforce challenges and opportunities.
